The only negative I can give this bracelet was that it started to lose it's black color from just daily use ....but that's the only negative I can find. I actually had to add a link but that was no problem because I had bought 2, 1 for me and one for my son who needed to remove several links. Now I'm generally a person who is skeptical about things like this but I decided to give it a try because several people I know said they believed it worked. I had what I thought was arthritis in my elbow and then it moved up to my shoulder on the same side. The elbow was very painful in the morning when getting out of bed and I could not raise my arm past 90 degrees and it was also painful... I received my bracelet on 12/15/17 after having this pain for well over a year, put it on and didn't think of it again until first of February of 2018 when I noticed my elbow and shoulder no longer had pain and I could also raise my arm well over 90 degrees. Maybe it was just something that got better on it's own but I'm not taking any chances :) Going to buy another one very soon.

My fiance likes it, not sure if it helps with sleeping, etc. but it looks nice. The clasp is SUPER HARD to open and close and that's why I gave four stars.

Was browsing and came across this item. thought it looked nice so why not ? It seems study enough and so far has held up well. The minor thing i would say is if your like me and dont want to sleep with it on it can be a little dificult to remove but other than that happy with purchase .

Bought this as a gift for my stepdad who is slowly recovering from a few illnesses that kept him laid up for a while. It's a great bracelet for the price. Wasn't too heavy or too flimsy and wasn't too flashy. The 8.5 fit him perfectly and he's a pretty big guy. Love that it comes with s tool to remove links, if necessary. A great purchase.

It's okay; The weight threw me off; I thought it would be a little heavier. It give me the cheap plastic feel, and I don't really notice it on my wrist. I think I should of went with a heavier metal.

I've slept with a wrist brace for few years, and slept with the bracelet through the first night without any discomfort... I was shocked!!
