A: Mine came with black ink.  What a deal.  This is a fantastic pen.  I can't imagine anyone being disappointed at this price point.  I use it regularly.

A: I'd probably characterize it as MEDIUM....it is quite simply an extremely readable thickness....not too heavy, and not too fine....I love this pen both because of the way it looks and feels, and because of the classy way it writes!!

A: Return it or buy a refill for it.

**Q: Is the ink in this pen waterproof?**
A: No. Most rollerball and ballpoint are not.
