I know the vendor is not a manufacturer. So I wont hold my breath. However, this configuration is difficult to employ, say on a cylindrical cells. Some use a common Ground this one uses a common positive (B+ and P+). I spot welded tin strips to the contacts on either side, then ran the strips to the battery contacts on an unprotected cell, spot welded to the battery. Negative I taped off totally, covered exposed tin and most of the PCB. 3rd tin strip I ran 2 solid core 22ga wire to the P- from the strip, this formed a new Batt Neg. I would love a better set of contacts for this last part. Tested in a charger and it recognized correctly. Very pleased with behavior.
