**Q: When/where will we be able to purchase replacement filters for this specific model? Are there any third party brand ones that are compatible with it?**
A: Found on Amazon:  4 Pack Filter Element for Black + Decker BSV2020G Wireless Vacuum Cleaner Accessory This seems to be the correct filter.  Mine are coming Wednesday.

**Q: Are there Worries about overcharging**
A: I wondered that myself at first, but I am storing it on the charger/cradle as the item clearly intends and I keep it plugged in all of the time.  When the battery is full, the lights do go out, so I think that charging stops at that point until the vacuum is hung up again.

**Q: how long to recharge battery**
A: All depends on charge left in battery...I have 4 batteries in all now because I have several other B&D rechargeable tools & interchange as needed...however my guess would be about an hour for a depleted battery...

**Q: Attachment pole will not detach what to do?**
A: I didn’t know it needed detaching. We attached it originally and use it as a vacuum.
