Old unit rated at three amps. We bought a five-amp version to provide a wider margin. Once installed, it has worked perfectly. No more hum or sag under load. Very inexpensive fix for an unexpected problem in our sound system. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good product! High quality. *by T***. on January 4, 2026* Very good product! High quality. I have purchased multiple items from this vendor and will continue to use this product. ### ⭐ Failed after 7 months. *by J***. on December 17, 2025* Power supply died after 7 months of use. Unit was used inside, plugged into the same LED strip the entire time. It was not overloaded. Tested it with a multimeter after finding the lights turned off, it is barely putting out 10V and fluctuates a lot. I have a 24V 6A power supply from BTF-Lighting that works like a champ, expected better of this one to be honest. These are far from the cheapest units available, if they aren't going to last you might as well get a cheap unbranded one. ## Frequently Bought Together - BTF-LIGHTING AC100-240V to DC12V5A Max60W 5A 4A 3A 2A 1A Transformer Power Supply Converter with 5.5x2.5mm DC Output Jack for WS2815 WS2811 5050 5630 FOB COB etc LED Strip Module Light - BTF-LIGHTING FCOB COB LED Strip Flexible High Density Uniform Light 9W/m 16.4FT DC12V Warm White 3000K CRI 90+ 8mm Width Dimmable LED Ribbon for Indoor Decoration(No Adapter or Controller) - BTF-LIGHTING Mini RF Dimmer Controller 14 Keys for FCOB 3014 5630 5730 3528 Strip Lights DC5V/DC12V/DC24V Brightness Mode Effect Mode Wireless LED Dimmer Controller(Single Color) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ro/products/288548069-12v-5a-60w-power-supply-adapter-etl-listed-class-2](https://www.desertcart.ro/products/288548069-12v-5a-60w-power-supply-adapter-etl-listed-class-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Romania* *Store origin: RO* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
