Spirit of Sanada = Spirit of Samurai = 5 ⭐️ Action👍👍👍
Hello Friends😀I come in peace with a Katana in my one hand and a severed head in my other hand because I am a Fighter not a Lover and my name is Yukimura Sanada aka "Last Sengoku Hero" aka "Crimson Demon of War" aka "No.1 Warrior in Japan" and so on...I see you are a weakling trembling in fear and awe just at the mere mention of my exalted name.Well you can stop trembling as this is just a game and I did all the hard work so you get to play and have fun.Anyway...Samurai Warriors: Spirit of Sanada known in Japan as Sengoku Musou ~Sanada Maru is a hack and slash game by Koei Tecmo. It is a spin-off of Samurai Warriors 4.SOS focuses on one particular clan; The Sanada, who are led by Masayuki and his sons, Nobuyuki and Yukimura during the Sengoku period. The fate of the samurai Masayuki Sanada and his sons is a matter of historical record. Like many family histories from Japan’s Warring States period it’s a story mottled with triumph and tragedy. The games timeline is roughly 54 years (from 1561 to 1615) and follows different incarnations of the main characters, who are aged up accordingly. You control a character through a specific battlefield against an army of enemy soldiers with the ultimate objective of killing the enemy's commander, although the you will be encouraged to complete side objectives that will raise the morale of the your allies or acquiring rewards.New features added to SOS is the addition of long-term battles, which are divided into several separate skirmishes affected by a day-and-night cycle that you need to clear. You also get to use a mechanic called "Next Move" which allows you to use a gimmick midway through the battle to aid your cause, i.e: calling reinforcements or building bridges. The next move requires "Sanada Coins", obtained by meeting several conditions throughout the game or collected in the new "Castle Towns".In SOS you do not choose a game mode in a separate menu system. Instead once you start a playthrough, you are given immediate control of your chosen character in the area called: Castle Town. Here you can access Story Mode, Gallery, and other modes by interacting with various NPC's and you also get to do other activities in your Castle Town such as purchasing horses, farming & fishing to gather valuable materials, visit teahouse to talk to/give gifts to NPC's to raise friendship levels, training at the local Dojo, praying at Jiizo shrine, go exploring the outskirts of your Castle Town to fight enemies and collect items. All your favourite characters from SW4 and it's expansions sre here + 3 new officers. You also get to utilise a full 3D map of the Warring States period of Japan for situational explanations.By moving the camera across the map, you are able to view the lands where battles have been held from various angles.I loved this awesome historical game with its larger than life characters from Sengoku Jidai. While many of the missions require players to use at least one member of the Sanada family, a variety of other characters are typically available, depending on allegiances and allies that make sense at that point in the story. The game includes a handful of significant battles that took place without the involvement of the Sanadas, offering a good opportunity to play as other characters that were present in Samurai Warriors 4. Because of this, I almost always had the option to bring at least one character I was sincerely excited about into a fight.Playing out battles in Spirit of Sanada isn’t just a matter of picking your characters and slashing up a storm, though. It’s also important to prepare. The game has a system of stratagems, where players can trigger certain events that make completing their objectives easier. A prompt may appear allowing the player to trigger a surprise attack from the enemy’s flank, or to dispatch an allied ninja to strike a fleeing general off of their horse. Some stratagems are unlocked by completing sidequests before a battle, or in the case of multi-stage battles by accomplishing certain optional feats (like defeating all enemy officers or winning within a certain time limit) in a previous stage.I enjoy Warriors games, but I’ve never expected them to make me emotional, to grip my heart, to make me feel strongly about a character. It’s not a happy ending. It couldn’t be. Any Wikipedia article about the birth of the Tokugawa Shogunate could spoil that much. But it’s a mistake to think that the victor’s story is the only one worth telling, or the only one worth playing out. That's it friends😀 Now get this awesome game (before I reach for my katana) and relive thru personal stories and personal battles one of the most defining periods of the Sengoku Era. 👍👍👍

Very Impressive
I think koei went in the right direction with this game, the whole plot is based on the story of the sanada, I've never been so hooked into a warriors game, every time from one mission to the next I just wanted to keep going thats how good the story is told, any fan of the warriors franchise this is a must have, cannot wait to see what dynasty warriors 9 has in store
