I use a lot of rechargeable AA and AAA batteries in my hobby of Miniz racing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdier than Expected. *by D***. on March 19, 2025* This is a nice case, sturdier than expected. The latch feels very sturdy and gives me confidence that it will stay closed. (I usually put a rubber band around battery cases, anyway). This case is well worth the money if your 18650 batteries fit. (I believe the ones without a USB port are slightly shorter). Two very minor negatives: 1. Because it is made of thicker materials and includes rubber cushioning materials, it is slightly heavier than expected. (I saw the spec of 3.88 ounces and thought that must be in the box, but it weighs about 3.7 ounces). If luggage weight is a concern, you may want to buy a cheap silicone case and put a rubber band around it. 2. The rechargeable 18650 battery with USB port will not fit in the end slots because of the curve of the case. I put the 18650 in the middle 4 slots and pairs of CR123 batteries in the outer slots.
