If you have that size adapter, I think it should fit. Not sure how you would refill with the ballpoint. You would probably have to fill the adapter and then put it in the pen. I use a syringe to refill the empty ink cartridge. **Q: What's the longevity of the tip? Do they sell replacements?** A: Couldn't give specific time but the tip is very sturdy.
