It's not a glue-line finish but it's quite clean all things considered; certainly good enough for shop and rustic projects, plus construction, and it will give you a nice flat finish so that a planer or hand plane won't have to work too hard. Cleaner cut than most bandsaw blades I've run, for sure.Running it on a 1.75 HP saw despite seeing some warnings about doing do, but I've had no trouble, being very conscious of my feed rate it and the saw has had no trouble going through 15 four-foot long lengths of 1.5" thick, kiln-dried southern yellow pine (almost as hard as oak) in one 30 minute session. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome Blade for Thick Rips *by T***D on Reviewed in the United States on April 30, 2019* For a recent project, I needed to rip a 4x4 and didn't know I was using the wrong blade. I'm clearly not a pro. After quickly realizing that a gp blade isn't for everything, I did some research and ended up buying this blade. Glad I did. With this blade I was able to rip through 4x4's like butter. Amazing accuracy and finish as well. Granted, I'm not building custom cabinets so I didn't even try to gauge to that standard. All I know is that the cut surfaces were as smooth as glass. Flat ground bottom a great feature as it's not common in 21" blades. Makes easy work of thick 2"+ material. Even though it's not really for cross cutting it also worked great on making half lap joints on miter saw with smooth flat bottoms right off the saw.
