A: Not insulated, lined to keep feet dry. Boots are great !!! Whole family has a pair!!!

**Q: Was this made in USA?**
A: No, all our inventory of Xtratuf boots was manufactured in China. We've been out of USA made boots for years.

**Q: what size should I wear if I wear a 12?**
A: My husband where's a size 10 1/2 in shoes. I ordered a size 11 for the XTRATUF boots due to the heavier/thick socks he normally wears. They fit him perfectly. I would advise an extra half inch when ordering a pair.

**Q: Is sole rigid enough to protect feet stepping on sharp rocks?**
A: Yes. The sole is thick and firm enough to provide protection against sharp rocks.

I love these and am so happy to have found them. They are very comfortable, and the unique tread design reduces fatigue on your feet. They are tough, and I’ve done well in mud and Rocky environments.
