There flavors are spot on even though they are plant based with no animal byproducts. Unlike the beef and chicken bases we normally get here in the US, Massel's does not taste of mostly salt. Each one has an abundance of flavor. You can actually taste the subtle flavors of the different vegetables in the vegetable stock powder.
