There should be a 24v controller option since the grounds runs at 24v. **Q: How long is the throttle cable? Because i dont want to make modifications to any lenght of that cable?** A: Throttle Wire Length: 57 inches **Q: Would this help if I’m losing charge/power on two new correct batteries?** A: Yes, my razor did the same. Since my bike was older I had to purchase a new hand throttle and the control module. Easy to assemble and worked like a charm. I had to call razor for a mounting bracket because the new control module bolt holes don't line up. They sent it 2 day air at no which was kind of them. I must say Razor corporation that produces these electric bikes are customer oriented.
