**Q: my jpeg is 134kb but will not be accepted. can you help please?**
A: I could not write a name on just applied a small picture.

**Q: I need a guaranteed delivery by Next Monday latest, can that be done?  for 40 badges?**
A: Hi, if your order is placed by 2pm and the artwork is all ok, your order will be dispatched same working day. 
You would need to choose the courier delivery option. Then your order will be with you next working day. 
It will also depend where in the UK you are for the courier delivery. We can only send to main land UK excluding Scotland.

Standard delivery is 3-5 working days with Royal Mail so it should arrive in time, but can not guarantee it.

**Q: Is there any possibility of receiving an order by Monday if ordered today please?**
A: Hi, any orders placed by 1:30pm (Monday-Friday) are shipped same day. At checkout there is an option to upgrade the postage. On this occasion we have the Queens funeral on Monday so no post will be delivered so the soonest would be Tuesday. If you select the courier option (normally sent via DHL) we can change it to Royal Mail Tracked 24, which should arrive Saturday/Sunday. But Royal Mail are saying 2 working days so could be Saturday-Tuesday. Hope this helps

A: Hi. They are personalised badges, so we print what ever image/artwork you supply. If you would like yellow all you need to do is supply your artwork in yellow.
