When I discovered the Vendstar 3000 I could not help but be very pleased with the simplicity and durability of this machine. It's work saving features make it a good fit for both the serious vendor or a person who wants to own and run a small personal business. The contemporary compact design has made it a successful machine for me. This machine will come with it's own set of keys. It weighs less than 14 pounds and stands approximately 48" high. About the same as others. **Q: where can i buy locks and keys?** A: Home depot or ebay **Q: Gum ball size? 1/2 inch?** A: I'm not sure what the standard size is for a Vendstar 3000. I'd check the specs online because I'm not sure how to measure what you're looking for. **Q: customer reviews are low. why?** A: The machines aren't all that appealing, but they work ok . It doesn't come with locks . I had a.c. tough time getting locks. I purchased the v locks from home depot and then spent an additional $20 to pay a locksmith to install them. I've would say be sure to research which candy would be good to fill with for maximum profit.
