Pool Express answer is pure garbage. There Is no excuse for this design flaw and the programming argument from Pool Express is idiotic. **Q: How long is the cable?** A: seems to work fine in 75' 'ell' pool, with a 13' deep end and a fat bottom of the 'ell.' I stuck the power supply thing on half way down on the long part of the pool, and, so far so good. I saw another post that said 'no longer than 60'. I do need to secure the extension cord, so the power supply doesn't get "accidentally" pulled in by teenagers. **Q: Does this come with a caddy and controls** A: This comes with the power supply for the unit, but it does not come with the caddy or a remote. This unit is compatible with the maytronics universal caddy (ASIN B016IPX4BW), but does not currently have a remote option. Thanks! **Q: Does this unit come with the fine partical filters?** A: Yes! Comes with the fine and more course filter replacement panels.
