Plugged it in at our first stop and came back an hour later to see the ARB off and all of the status lights on the battery blinking. According to the manual, the blinking lights indicate low power. We charged the battery overnight, tired it again the next day, after 30-mins the same flashing light error code. Call the supplier and spoke to a young man who said the battery was not compatible with our model ARB. Doesn't say that in the description and the battery worked flawlessly for about a year, so why now and if it was incompatible, why didn't it give us the low power error right out of the box. We could have at least returned it. The guy had no response except to continue to repeat it wasn't compatible. It's been about nine months now and on a whim I charged the battery and connected it to our ARB. Been running for about 8-hours now without an issue. Plan to use it on an upcoming trip but we have a backup lithium battery just in case. We have the 50qt ARB that we used when RVing. It rides in our truck and is powered either through DC or AC plugs. What we were looking for is someway to power the ARB when we had a prolong stop - sight seeing, lunch, etc. Had an old lithium battery setup but it eventually stopped working so we were looking for a good alternative. I'll start by saying this battery is smaller in size than what I expected. Now, that's a good thing as it takes up very little space. It has a magnetic bottom so it sticks to the side of the ARB easily and we've been over some rough roads and it's never fallen off. We do have the cover for the ARB, so this fits between the cover and ARB. Connection is only DC, so we run the ARB via it's AC cord to the vehicle. When we stop and the vehicle is off, I turn the battery on and it keeps the ARB running via DC. It's advertised to provide power up to 18-hrs but so far the longest we've used it is six hours.
