I did have to purchase a replacement myself first but was instantly refunded. **Q: where can I buy a charging cable? Can I have the specifications of the cable please** A: I bought a standard USB to 3.5mm charging cable and it did *not* charge my Protear ear defenders. Multimeter says its providing -2.5v and +2.5v as well as ground.
