I didn't have to change out the posts for my LP Standard, the bridge slipped over them just fine. The bridge is a bit taller than the stock one, so I recommend starting lower than you usually do and adjusting from there. I was a bit skeptical about getting a wrench past the string for intonation (the strings pass over the adjustment screw), but it was easy to just push the string over slightly to access the setscrew. Only critique I have is that all the rollers are the same width, which means the thinner strings can float back & forth a bit on the roller. That can be good or bad, depending on how you look at it, I'd prefer them to be varying sizes. Overall, great bridge. Rollers help a lot with a Bigsby, and something about this bridge is better than the stock one in sound. Much more resonant - the strings jangle when the guitar is unplugged. It's very nice. I tried several other bridges and found them to be import sized, not USA size (whatever that is). This one fit perfectly on my 2019 Gibson Les Paul Studio and my 2012 Les Paul Standard. To modify the bridge on my SG to fit a 25.5 scale length, I was able to file down one side of this bridge and attach using some offset screws. Overall moved bridge 0.5in up the body without drilling new holes. Prefer this to other roller bridges. Strings won't slip off the saddles. The rollers themselves seem to do a better job of NOT moving up/down as you strum which would cause a need to mute the strings between it and the stop bar. That said, the high end strings do move within the groove during use, but maybe I need to swap the saddles around. May have gotten them mixed up, not sure. Side note, if you do this, don't mix and match saddles from other similar bridges. The gold saddles in the photo were smaller and resulted in worse placement. Close up is to show where the filing was needed for the custom install. Top saddle is braced on pickup plate which provides stability to the whole thing. Lastly, the metal is high-quality because the saddles didn't chip under pressure like the gold ones did. The bridge uses ABR style posts, not the larger Nashville one so make sure you have the right posts before ordering. The holes for the posts are a little tight, but it fits. Very adjustable with various hex-screws. I will update my review once I finish the guitar, but it feels like a good quality product.
