Then click on File - Tape Setting - Margins, and click "Small". That will prevent all the excess blank tape from being added to the right and left margins of your label. **Q: Can I print labels in different languages like Chinese** A: Conceptually, this is just a specialized thermal dot-matrix printer that prints on label tape, so it can print pretty much anything any Windows program can print. There is a narrow section of the tape at the top and bottom of the width that is outside the "safe" area and that can't be printed upon. **Q: considering the PT-P700 to print hundreds of mailbox numbers to be affixed to outside mailboxes.
