It has a delicious flavor, it sends me several times to poop without colic.

I just started using this product. It's my 2nd day. No poop 💩 yet. A little bit of energy, but not alot. I mixed 1 packet in a regular size mug with half a lemon 🍋. Let's see.

Purchased this hoping to lose a few pounds drank it for 3 weeks and not a pound and it is the most disgusting taste ever.... Also make sure you use half a pouch with the 4 oz of water a whole pouch it does not dissolve. Doesn't tell you that.... I eat right and do intermittent fasting for 2 weeks and will lose at least 2 lbs this was disappointing but I always try things before I cancel them out.

I tried this product but kept getting headaches. Can't use this product at all.

Whether this works or not, I don't know. However, its delicious. Only down side I wish it came in bigger sizes

I couldn’t really tell a huge difference in weight loss but for l-carnitine coffee it tasted decent. Get it and try it but don’t expect a huge change

It has a great taste!

Taste just like hot chocolate and helped suppress my appetite
