We looked this one up and decided to order it despite the poor reviews and we are so glad we did! It is really quiet and fully automatic. The cycles are as little as 23 minutes(quick cycle) up to 51(soak cycle) minutes. There is also a rinse/spin cycle. I have been able to wash a pair of adult jeans, a couple of shirts and a few toddler sized clothing at once. As well as one or two bath towels(or a few hand towels and wash clothes). I was also able to wash a queen sized sheet with no problem. The washer has a pump to drain the water and it spins excess water out. The seller shipped the washer within a few hours of ordering on Tuesday and we received it Friday! The user guide was a little wonky but I was able to figure it out. Only one issue that we came across was the dimensions list on the product information was bigger by at least an inch on all sides. It was a task to make it fit in to the space we needed it to go in. I use liquid HE type of detergent an amount that barely covers the bottom of the cap of the detergent container. I love that it is quiet during all wash cycles and that has an extra rinse cycle. It's a great little washer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not bad just one shortfall *by M***S on December 26, 2017* Great washer so far only had it for two days so expect updates.. first let me clear some stuff up this washer HAS a pump to drain the water you can hear the pump running when the water has all pumped out. The washer does not spin when draining. I like how the lint trap is setup but one thing I don’t like is how if the water level is set to mid or high water will splash out of the tub and down the insides of the machine, so please be aware of this when you place the machine down. Also the powder laundry soap pull out tray was a nice touch. The spin cycle is not loud at all it says it has a auto balance sensor it seems to work well if you ask me.
