**Q: Is it automatically turn off after 10 minutes? I have this one and this takes 30 minutes to automatically turn off.**
A: No it turns off with in 10 minutes. It's antomated process to cut off power supply once adequate temperature created. If yours turn on for 30 minutes it means machine is malfunction and you may contact manufacturer for repair.

**Q: Voltage range ? Will it operate at 120 volts as well?**
A: 220 is standars

**Q: Should we daily sterilize the feeding bottle or on alternate day**
A: I personally sterilize feeding bottles after every use..I have 6 bottles and i sterilize them after feeding baby in batch of 2 or 3. So, i could use rest if baby got hungry.

**Q: Not working.. power button doesn't work. What should I do..?? No costumer care number work**
