I love that this mattress isn't full of chemicals. It arrived quickly and I didn't have much trouble maneuvering it from the front porch to my bedroom, so I could unwrap it and watch it unroll itself. It appears to be a quality product & well made.It is definitely more on the firm side though, and I find that I'm only relatively comfortable sleeping on my back, If I roll onto my side during the night, I wake with my shoulder and neck aching.

I LOVE this mattress! I searched and read so many reviews on so many all natural mattresses that my head was spinning. This mattress really is everything it says it is. It's easy to set up, not too hard, not too soft. (I'm a side sleeper btw.) It also didn't have any smell to it when I opened it. I paid $1200 for mine and even though I saw it a couple weeks later for $300 less than that, it was well worth the money. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have this mattress and we love it. We like the firmness, the quality, and particular the good materials that were used to make it (and lack of chemical extras).

So far this mattress is so comfortable but firmer than I expected.

I love this mattress. I read the reviews and wrote the seller with a few more questions. He responded promptly and helped me select the Escape mattress which is a hybrid between a spring and natural latex foam. I couldn't be more pleased.The escape is every bit as comfortable as my last high priced memory foam mattress from Vera Wang. It's firm and supportive with a perfect amount of give that leaves me with no aches or pains at night. My 200 lb frame feels totally supported and I fall asleep within 10 minutes every night.The shipping process was a little challenging as you need to be at home to help the FedEx driver unload it. It's heavy and bulky and having the driver bring it in with a dolly was the only way it was going to make it in my condo.

Writing this review after having had this mattress for a few weeks. I was definitely pleased to find an organic mattress without chemical fire retardants at an affordable price. But there is definitely an odor associated with this mattress, quite strong as you open it but it slowly dissipates to less strong yet still present smell of latex and cotton, which one of the reviewers described as a barn like odor-I find that to be an accurate description though it reminds me of an odor associated with latex gloves I wear with every day. I hope that with time the smell entirely goes away. I would definitely recommend airing it out before you bring it into the bedroom to sleep on it. I think it's correctly described as medium firm, definitely not as firm as I would have liked. Overall, I find this product to be quite average but I wouldn't buy a traditional mattress under any circumstances, so it's a keeper.

spent many weeks searching for a good, organic, nontoxic mattress...At the end I was insecure between Mygreenmattress and another new brand, 100% organic, same price and more certifications. The reason why I choose My greemmattress was: the 3" inches of latex and the firmness grade that they declare on their website. The other company had 2 inches of latex.. so I thought was too firm. I bought Natural Escape mattress 3 inches of latex...medium firmness, as they stated and wrote me by e-mail. The mattress is HARD like a Rock. Very uncomfortable and the 3 inches of latex are not enough. They said 6.5 to 10 firmness...I can say it is 9 to 10. I am a side sleeper and I am used to medium firm mattress.. This is like sleeping on the floor. When I asked them information about the firmness grade, I also said I was a side sleeper and I did not want a firm mattress, I said I was searching for a medium. They told me this was perfect for most of sleepers, especially side sleepers. Definitely not true. Furthermore on the label no mention about natural or organic materials used. Weird! Their King size is smaller than regular King size... They said because the mattress are handcrafted...but that can mean each mattress measures can be slightly different...not smaller. I regret this purchase. I may try to spend addituonal money and add a 2 or 3 inches of latex topper...the only way to keep the mattress and sleep on it...otherwise I will return back. The company is actually removing all the negative reviews...
