Q: My grill is exactly 61 1/2". Should I order the 62" or 68"?

Sorry for late response. We have been off for Christmas holidays ! You would and can go with a 62" cover. Happy New Year and thank you for considering our covers.

Q: Will this product last in direct sunlight and extreme cold? Grill is left outside year round. Want something that last longer than 2 years

I have had mine for a little over a year and like you my grill is on our deck outside. I can see no issues so far. The vents do an amazing job at allowing air to circulate. So far I can see no reason why it wouldn't last for more than 2 years.

This is an amazing cover!!! Well designed and durable along with a perfect fit! I have a 4 burner grill with side table that measured 71” and I ordered the 74” cover from Montana Grill I think your grill is 61” wide so the 64” cover should work great. Hope this helped and enjoy your grilling!
