The bamboo material is light, stretchy, soft, and durable. I've had my first set for almost 3 years now and they are still intact. It is absorbent enough to pull the moisture away from the skin and wicking enough to not become heavy with sweat. I dont recall noticibg any shrinkage. Best of all is the cut/fit: form fitting at the top, loose at the bottom, and long enough so my belly is not exposed when raising my arms. They work well to tuck in under my work clothes without bunching up and for working out as a single layer. For context I'm somewhat relatively fit/regular/not obese with mild dad bod belly and 6'.
