Review: Very informative! - Nice chat and easy to understand! Great buy! I especially like on the back The Table Of Compatible Foods. There are 3 lists that state 1 & 3 can't be eaten together BUT foods from column 2 CAN be eaten with both 1 & 3. Example Yogurt should never be eaten with fruit bcus the stomach breaks yogurt & fruit down differently YET manufacturers do it all the time, having its wonder why we can't lose weight! Imagine that!
