Paste whole sheet or perimeter?** A: This will work. It is bookbinders glue. You can paste whole page or perimeter, try both and if it buckles in the middle pasting whole page, try perimeter. I think pasting whole page would be my first choice. **Q: I know it will clean up with water while its still wet. But after it dries is it water proof or water soluble still?** A: No it's pretty much permanent after it dries. Youight be able to get it to a gooey consistensy if you soaked the book or paper it is on in water **Q: Will this product work to reinforce Bible that is coming apart?** A: This glue is used for bookmaking, therefore it should work as well or better than anything else. The glue will work, but I suggest you look online for exactly the technique needed to do the type of repair your Bible requires. **Q: Will this glue yellow over time? I want to use it to stiffen fabric for millinery and I don't want my pieces to end up yellow after a few years.** A: In my experience with the product it does not yellow. I use on book binding and over a period of 9 months if it is visible it is white. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Para restaurar lienzos *by on Reviewed in Mexico 7 September 2025* Perfecto para restaurar cuadros de lienzo rotos. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bueno *by on Reviewed in Spain 19 June 2024* Bien ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super colle! *by on Reviewed in France 22 August 2020* Cette colle est vraiment géniale!Elle colle parfaitement le tissu,le papier... ## Frequently Bought Together - Books By Hand, PH Neutral PVA Adhesive, Acid-free, Water-Soluble, Dries Clear, Archival Quality PVA Formula, for Bookbinding, Book Repair, Framing, Collages, Paper Art and Crafts - 8 Ounce - 20 Pcs Book Board, Binders Board Chipboard Designer Bookboard Kraft Heavy Duty Chipboard Sheets Bookbinding Supplies for Book Binding Cover (Gray, 7 x 5 Inch 50PT) - VENCINK Genuine Bone Folder Scoring Folding Creasing Origami Paper Creaser Crafting Tool for DIY Handmade Leather Burnishing, Bookbinding, Scrapbooking, Paper Cards Crafts (100% Cattle Bone) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ro/products/344160389-books-by-hand-ph-neutral-pva-adhesive-8oz](https://www.desertcart.ro/products/344160389-books-by-hand-ph-neutral-pva-adhesive-8oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart Romania* *Store origin: RO* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
