Whether trying to lose weight, tone up or rehabilitate after injuries, ankle weights provide an additional challenge and allow you to slowly and safely increase the weight as you progress. **Q: Can they be used on wrists?**
A: I am an adult woman and on the tightest setting, these were still too loose on my wrists and slid up and down.

**Q: Ineed ankle weights for 1 to 5 lbs for each ankle.Are these these ones?**
A: the blue color indicates 3#'s, this means that EACH of the weights are three pounds, collectively, they are 6.
I ordered the purple, so each weight is 2 pounds each.  together, they add up to four pounds.
