I used this blanket at an outdoor event a day after heavy rain, and it worked great. It is definitely waterproof and easy to carry. It is a bit thin and lightweight, so it is difficult for it to be perfectly flat especially when people sitting on it move around. I still prefer it to be lightweight and be packed into the small carrying bag it comes with than for it to be thicker and bulkier to store.

I love that this blanket folds up and fits back into the case it comes in! Especially when traveling, something compact is wonderful. The stakes are great and long enough to work in the sand too. The blanket itself is made of quality material and seems like it will last.I give it 4 instead of 5 stars because I just wish it was slightly bigger. While I knew the size before purchase, after seeing it, I wish I had the option for a larger size.

This is a great outdoor blanket. I bought it to use at my son's football games. The fact that it folds up to fit inside a small carrying bag is awesome because I can fit it in my bag of snacks and toys to occupy my younger kids during the games. The best part for me is that it is a water repellent material- by the end of the game my kids have crushed crackers and spilled juice all over it and all I have to do is wipe it off! If only it could keep my toddlers from trying to run on the field I would give it 6 stars! :)

The blanket is thin (so don't expect padding) but that is what makes it compact and easy to use. It also comes with some simple tent stakes to keep it from blowing away from the lack of mass that it has. I found myself using it not just as a blanket but a makeshift side wall for a canopy tent as well

I give this a 4 star because I bought this in the winter and thus haven’t brought it out to the beach yet. But I did test it out, the blanket follows and feel durable and I like the fact i can pack in a bag. I could see me using this rather than using a tarf.
