Review: Easy to install and it works! - I am very pleased with this opener and with the ease of installing it, I thought it would be very technical but that wasn't the case. It was easy to do only took a few hours and changing any settings is simple to do using the programmer that comes with the system. The only change I made was the hold open time to give my wife more time to get back inside. I had a question about the mounting location of the receiver and emailed tech support, I was surprised at how fast I got a reply and the information I needed. They also have a US phone number (on instructions) I didn't use it but it's good to know it's there if needed. I don't normally do reviews, and I'm doing this one on my wives account, but I am impressed with this product and with the company's support of this opener. Hopefully it will continue to do the job for years to come and I know support is there if I need it! I included a short video, but I didn't show the door closing because as I said I set the hold open time up (20 seconds) and I didn't think anyone would want to watch a door stand open that long, but it closes as well as it opens! Just a little bonus I like is the remote control, I use it to let the cat in and out without getting up LOL! Thanks, Olide!

A: The wireless remote control of handicap door opener is effective in an open range of 30 meters. If there is a block or corners, the working range will be somewhat reduced, but you can pull out the black antenna in the controller to enhance the signal.

**Q: Is it still very hard open when theres no power?**
A: You can manually push open door by hand when power off

I am very pleased with this opener and with the ease of installing it, I thought it would be very technical but that wasn't the case. Only issue is with power outages as doors will open and stay open even with a short blip in power. Reached out to customer support with no results. Need to fix this issue!
