A: No, currently these systems are not supported. x86 hardware is required.

**Q: Will a USB video adapter work if I don't have a video card or onboard video in my computer?**
A: No, this product requires a video card or onboard video to already be present in the computer. Please also make sure that the latest video driver is installed for the existing video controller.

**Q: I can't install the driver or there is no Audio, what do I do?**
A: If your laptop is IT managed by your organization, you may need permissions to install drivers. For audio, Sound Playback device in Windows should be set to USB Audio Device.

**Q: Part of the picture on my TV is cut off. How do I fix this?**
A: Using the remote control for the TV, enter the menu, and go to the picture settings. Turn off overscan or set the aspect ratio to 16:9.

**Q: Why can't I playback Netflix or other HDCP content?**
A: Playback of digitally protected content is not supported and will not display properly. This includes content from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, iTunes, Hulu, etc.
