There's a black plastic square shaped "button" on one side near the end that you can press to release the deburring bits, but the mechanism isn't strong so you have to be careful not to pull the bit out when using it. The design could be better, but it works as a cheap deburring tool. Plus you get quite a few replacement bits. **Q: Is that meant for left handed users?
