I try to use product that have good ingredients and a big part of why I prefer this one over others is the inclusion of CLA. I don't have to get another product for it and get a good amount of energy to get a good workout in. This pre workout also doesn't contain creatine which is a preference of some people. I have found that some batches of this pre workout in the past have come to clump very quickly or were already clumping by the time I got to the second bottle.
