## Overview

The Arcadia584504 Pro T5 UVB Kit is a high-efficiency lighting solution designed specifically for 2-foot reptile enclosures. Featuring a 24-watt, 22.5-inch T5 12% UVB bulb, this kit promotes natural behaviors in reptiles while ensuring easy installation with included components like a power cord, fixture, and removable reflector.

## Description

The Arcadia ProT5 UV-B Reptile Light Kit arrives complete with high quality electronics, a highly effective but removable reflector and a choice of High Output T5 UVB lamp. This easy to use Kit can be fixed easily inside a vivarium, rested upon a wire meshed glassed terrarium or even hung within an enclosure (where safe to do so). Its sleek design and specially curved reflector will ensure that you use less space but project as much light forward as possible. The Kit also arrives with a free link cable which allows multiple units to be powered from a suitable single power source. The ProT5Kit reflector has 2 angles of reflection from the side of each curve. This means that ProT5 projects high levels of UV rich light directly beneath the unit at around 12 inches to create a basking zone but then also provides a wide flood as light spreads out over distance. This will allow you to create a suitable UV-B provision for any species and over a suitably wide area. The reflector is also easy to remove and clean. The Arcadia ProT5Kit is available in three lengths and three standard HO T5 wattages. 2.4% Full-Spectrum+ UV-B - 6% UV-B D3 - 12% UV-B D3+ - 14% UV-B DragonLamp. There is also an 8w Standard Output T5 version of ProT5 for our ShadeDweller lamp, designed specifically for use with Shade Dwelling species such as the Leopard Gecko, Crested Gecko, Hatchling Snakes, Amphibians and Inverts. Care should be taken in very wet environments. The Arcadia Slimline luminaire, UVFLOOD range and Ultraseal electronic controllers all offer IP65-67 protection. **Q: Does this extend?**
A: The fixture itself can not be extended to accommodate a longer tube. But the fixtures can connect in series allowing you to provide UVB in a long enclosure using only the one outlet.

**Q: Does this come with a 12% uvb bulb? i ordered one and it came with a 6% uvb bulb. not the 12% bulb.**
A: We've see that before, it's one of the reasons we test the bulb and fixture before shipment.

**Q: Mine came with a 14%.  The outer box said 12% but the bulb box inside said 14% should I take it as 14%?**
A: The bulb itself is embossed with the UVB designation on one end. That should be definitive.

**Q: I already have an extra light. Os there a way of just buying the fixture itself?**
A: As far as we know, the fixtures aren't sold by themselves.
