In other words, would this help a child with light pencil pressure?** A: Ferby pencil has very soft graphite lead, extremely helpful for child learning proper pencil grip with very light pencil pressure for writing. Designed specifically for this purpose. The design short length of this pencil has it purpose too. **Q: What sharpener do you use? Tried kum 107.20.01 and Sargent art 36-1022. Neither work!** A: I used Kum 107.02.01. It wasn’t the best option. It just did an ok job of barely sharpening the pencil.
