Junk. Mine broke after a few toggles. And I witnessed one of these switches, installed by someone else, cut power to an rc plane while it was in flight. The plane was destroyed.

I used these switches to switch from lithium ion battery to another. My legs do not work well, as I am 63. I purchased a very fast mobility vehicle, and instead of relying one one battery-I run two increasing my range from 15 mi. to about 40 mi! The switches work just fine, but if you look closely in the picture-the on/off plate is bent. I only photographed the first switch, but the second one is bent also. No problem for me as I just put them in my vise, and bent them straight. I did not want the hassle of sending them back! To the MFG.: Fix your packaging! You can do better! May I suggest double walled cardboard in a rectangular configuration.

At least not 50 miles. That's about how long mine lasted. 500 watts continuous, at 48 volts, appeared to be under the rating of this switch. As mentioned by another reviewer, the on/off plate is bent - see his photo. Not only that but the tab isn't aligned properly, so the plate mounts on crooked.

I purchased this to have a easy disconnect for my RC car while building our track and needing to take the battery loose and reconnect several times throughout the day while testing different obstacles. It would have been a great idea if this china junk actually worked!! It DOES NOT fit my car nor any of my adapters, nor any of my batteries!! The male end "SHOULD" be split into 2 male terminals to slide into the matching female end keeping the positive and negative separated. I'm guessing this one is a lezy since it looks like a male at first glance, then you find out it has male parts but they are actually joined together making them one piece and closely resembling the female end... that do not plug together!! and rubbing them together simply does not work!!Again... cheap china junk!!!
