My first shipment came without a remote control. I contacted Prolee and within a reasonable amount of time, shipped me a whole other unit which had the remote control. That's superior customer service when all I needed was the remote control. The only minor issue is the product manual could be more descriptive but is easy enough to figure out. Bottom line. The product does what I need it to do and it does it well. Well worth the price. Thank you Prolee.
