Jardine's Sontava Sauce, Habanero Extra Hot, 5 Ounce (Pack of 4)

Sontava is the best hot sauce there is. I wish they sold it by the 1/2 gallon jug. No kidding, I drink it by the shot, and entice my friends to do the same. Yes, it's hot (not the "hottest", but pleasantly hot), and it tastes FRESH. Yum.

There was a specialty store that had this sauce on closeout and after buying one bottle I ended up buing the rest of their stock.I have tried a lot of habanero sauces and many are just way too hot, I like the flavor of habaneros but if it is too hot to enjoy the flavor then what is the use. Many use carrots in their sauce I believe to mellow the heat a bit, this one uses cactus and it really works well together.I would use 1/4 a bottle in homemade green chile stew and it added a kick and give some acidity that people I believe use tomatillos for.This is a simple sauce that has great flavor and I keep my eyes open for it and other Jardines products.

It is not the original sauce as shown in picture! This is the new version that contains more ingredients. I only paid top dollar based on the picture showing the original packaging! Tried to return and it’s not an option!!??
