Great For Toast
The bread itself is a bit bland. Bit then, that's because it's mostly fiber and has no sweeteners. Toasts very well and is great with butter/Jelly. Has a fantastic texture. Feels like regular bread, in the mouth. I can eat one slice with very negligible change in blood sugar. If I eat two pieces, I get a rise in BG, but not a substantial one. Also, I'm a truck driver and the loaf didn't even mold after a month in the chiller. This will be a forever staple in my home.

Only 1 Point on WW!
Great replacement for real white bread for those on Keto or WW.

Wish it was cheaper
$10 a loaf in unaffordable for most people. Great nutrition facts and taste but too steep money wise.

Great look and taste!
I feel like I’m eating a regular sandwich instead of keto! 35 calories and 1 net carb! Definitely recommend!

Taste like metal
I had this bread in Atlanta, GA where my daughter purchased it. It was good. But when I order it online and received it all three bread have a metal burnt taste and I could not return them. What an expensive lesson to have learned.

Does not mold
We like it for French toast and use it for anything appropriate for white bread. We've noticed that none of these keto breads mold, or at least not before we've finished them off - and we don't consume bread very quickly.

I buy this on a regular basis. No other bread in this household
This is the bread we use fr everything. I even make french toast using an egg beaters generic. This is a good purchase

Don’t eat if you’re on Keto diet
The taste is very good, though a bit on the dry side. Franz keto bread will kick/ keep you out of reaching ketosis. I ate them nearly every day and consistently lost only a pound per week and never got into ketosis while eating this bread. It says keto but I say no-no.
