Dead in the water. I was fortunate though that it occurred before a big show I was setup and ready to go. I had my old subs to fall back on. I emailed support (Sunday) and they responded the next day, asking for details and possibly a video showing my gear, connections. After that review, they are sending out a replacement. Now that's what great customer service looks like!! BTW, I love these subs!
