Well made product that's smoothly sanded and solidly constructed. I'm currently on hiatus from these since I went a little too hardcore with my exercises. My fault. Tendons don't tolerate overuse, but after a brief recovery I'll be back on them for a few minutes a day.

Got this for doing no hang weighted training. Very portable which was important for me. Lots of different angles you can hold this at for a diverse workout. Great wood quality that is nice on the skin.

Worked well and easy to set up. I just hang it on my pull up bar and train my fingers every other day

These are built well and are very sturdy. The provided cord is the perfect length and is also good quality. I use these every day in my garage. Highly recommend.

honestly they are pretty good just the only thing is that a part of the wood wasnt smoothed out and gave me a splinter but other then that it was fine.

I recently picked-up bouldering and these are great to hang from my pull up bar to work on my finger strength!

I’m so happy with this purchase! I use these for climbing training as a portable hang board but also as a suspension system for calisthenics. Pull ups, curls, pistol squats, rows, rollouts, etc. This is my travel gym. I paired this with some climbing webbing and use it to extend the length of the handle cord. Using a knot, I place these behind a closed door and start my exercise.
