I took Zicam meltaways which helped decrease the severity and duration of my symptoms but the after taste was awful and it has restrictions on what you can eat or drink before/after taking it. One of my coworkers recommended Sambucus. I purchased the gummies because I'm a sucker for candy. I start taking them a few days before a trip or crowded event, during the trip, and a day or two after. I have been to concerts and 3 work trips in the last two months since ordering these and I haven't even caught a cold. I am vaccinated but I don't like to mask when I don't have to so it's surprising that I haven't fallen sick!
