Or the minimum collar width for this to work** A: The space between the two screw is about an inch and one half. We have two 90 lb Labs and the fit nicely on a medium size collar. We put it on in between the collar so it doesn’t get chewed off. Best holder for the air tags yet. The silicone ones last two seconds. **Q: How do I order replacement screws for the front plate please ?** A: I emailed the seller. **Q: My airtag battery needs to be replaced and the four tiny screws in the front won’t come out. what screw driver do they take? the alan key doesnt work** A: The air tag is charged when you phone is charged. I have never replaced mine so not sure. But the Allen wrench you put the screws in should unscrew the same unless you stripped the screw? Sorry not much help **Q: Many of the negative reviews show a Backplate problem —it breaks.
