😃👍 GREAT ADHESIVE FOR LIBRE 3+ SYSTEM 😃👍
FANTASTIC product! My Husband uses the FreeStyle Libre 3plus glucose monitoring system and he has aqua therapy multiple times a week. He was losing his sensor during aqua therapy which became expensive since those sensors are not cheap. We tried many kinds of adhesive covers and such but they all fell off during aqua therapy too, so we gave this product a try.ABSOLUTELY AWESOME ADHESIVE AND BRILLIANT DESIGN OF THE PLASTIC DISC COVER!The adhesive on these are outstanding 👏 👌 and the plastic hard disc that covers the sensor is fantastic since it helps prevent accidentally ripping the sensor off your body when bumped. We highly recommend this duo product since it's been great for our aqua therapy needs to prevent our sensors from falling off.GIVE IT A TRY!!

Third time's a charm
I've tried two other patches to cover my sensors. I swim almost every day and found that the adhesive would give out before the sensor if left on its own. I tried two clear ones--they didn't really last the whole two weeks, so I would wait a while before putting the shield on and hope that I didn't knock it off in the meantime. And knocking them off was a problem--who knew I walked into door frames so often? Not me until I started wearing these! I've knocked sensors out after just two to three days of use. Doorways are the worst, but if I adjusted the location further back on my arm to avoid them, I would end up hooking and dislodging the sensor on the edge of my bed. So frustrating! The thin clear shields I was using didn't provide enough protection once I put them on. While they prevented me from ripping the sensor off my arm completely, they did not stop me from knocking them bad enough to damage the connection. With these shields, the plastic shield that fits under these is a great addition. It offers more protection from the knocks, but it also means that I can change the adhesive patch as often as needed without disturbing the sensor. I find that I usually need about a patch a week. The patches themselves feel more secure than the clear ones, are easier to put on, and are more comfortable because of the stretch in them. I considered deducting a star because they are also uglier and more noticeable, but I kept it at five stars because I'm so pleased with their overall performance.Update: I continue to like these better than any other sensor shield that I've tried. The plastic cover allows me to change the patch as needed without disturbing the sensor. I usually end up changing them after 7 days because the edges get a little ratty looking and start to come up. Since I'm going to have to change it when the sensor ends, I'll split the difference at a week, but it usually feels like they would have been secure on my arm for a few more days.I do find that my skin likes a periodic break from whatever they use for adhesive. If I wear too many in a row I will sometimes get a rash, but if I periodically wait a few days before putting on the sensor, then my skin doesn't complain at all. I give my arm a break from these every 4-8 weeks as needed.I recently bought a 10-pack tin of novelty patches from the company because I needed another cover and thought I'd add some fun/variety. The unit price of the novelty patches is about 3 times more than these, and I have had MUCH less success with adhesion. I'll stick with the basic model from here on out.

Pretty decent
*update - these used to be great. Now the adhesive is hit or miss. Might last a week...or one day before its half peeled up. Unravels along edges, very unsightly with just a day or two.Great price compared to others. All have mixed reviews so I thought I would try this first. I'm new to CGMs and my first lasted two days when it popped out right after a shower.I decided to try it as-intended with the plastic cover first. No issues unless I'm laying on my side propped up on it, then it digs in a little.I think it would work just fine without the cover, but, changing the patch out without pulling the sensor out would be much more difficult.Honestly the adhesive is fantastic. I'm a ginger with super sensitive skin and a week in with no issues. The patches are super stretchy and feel breathable. I've made it through my first week with no sensor loss, no allergic reaction...no gross peeling patch either. 😑If I buy something else it will be because it's cute and not because this doesn't work.***edit to add - if your having problems with the patch wrinkling when your sticking it on, try to not stretch it when applying. I remove the middle backing first, stick the clear shield to it without stretching it, then attach while using my phone camera. Stick down all exposed areas gently without stretching and then do the same one side at a time. It *wants* to stretch but it doesn't need your help ;) This will help with both applying without wrinkles and also keep it nicer looking for longer.

Love these.
Highly recommend. My CGM was always getting numbed and at one point I even pulled it out of my arm when I hit it on the corner of the doorway. This protects it and looks fun too.

Functions well but can be irritating to skin
The best part about this item is the hard plastic cover that it comes with. That really helps prevents any bumps or nudges from disrupting your sensor. The adhesive is not too extremely sticky (in a good way) but if worn too long, it seems to get stickier and irritating to the skin after a couple days. I wore it on a really hot day 100+ degrees and when I removed it, the adhesive pulled of some skin with it too. I would buy this for just the cover and keep searching for an alternative sticker or non-adhesive patch to use it with.

good product
These work very well. They are breathable, which is so important. Back when I was using the cheaper plastic based CGM covers, those would pull at my skin and leave painful rashes behind. These don't do that at all. They are easy to apply by yourself. I like the little reusable plastic cover - it gives extra protection. Be aware that these are sticky all over so they stick to the cover as well as your skin. Other types have areas with no sticky in the middle to accommodate the sensor, but if you use the cover you need that sticky area. I've never had any problems reading my sugars with this on. I recommend it. 25 may not seem like a lot compared to the amounts that you get with some of the cheaper plastic ones, but with the 14 day sensor, it breaks down to about 50 weeks of coverage for like 10 bucks - which I think is very fair.
