Headphones feel brand new again. It's firmer than the previous one, and not as soft, but I'm hoping I'll get used to that soon. As a result though, I'm hoping this will last longer. The passive noise cancellation is so much better after the replacement, and audio quality in general has markedly improved. It's overpriced for what it is, but it is highly specialised, and the difference it makes to the headphones overall makes it worth it. Review: Better than the stock! - It's a bit expensive because its an imported product from a fairly young and motivated brand. Packaging screams their commitment for excellence. The padding is little bit thicker than the stock, thereby preventing the drivers from pressing against your ears. It provides better passive noise isolation and better comfort over the stock pads. The faux leather quality seems top notch. Its like falling in love over again with my Sony headphones! Will update if my opinion changes. ## Features - Easy Installation: Smooth installation with this complete replacement ear cushions kit compatible with Sony WH1000XM3 Noise Cancelling headphones.
