Most of the thicker corrugated plastic ones, similar to this one, came folded and you could see the creases in the listing photos and the creases were a common complaint in reviews. This one came unfolded so there are no creases. Now it is available in larger sizes than the 16x32 inch one I got and it may be the larger ones come folded so if you're considering a larger one, you may want to ask the vendor.
