This is super easy to set up, works great with the app.I set it up so I can monitor how much electricity my son was using in his room for his led light strips. Also when he forgets to turn the lights off I can do it for him from the comfort of my own bed! I love it!!!

I'm using this with LocalTuya integration of Home Assistant. It works well, but stops reporting energy consumption when internet is out.

garbage does not power on

Set two of these up to automate the Christmas lights, and whatever else gets attached outside the house. Sitting inside the weatherproof boxes on the outside, still, get good Wi-Fi reception. Swift, local, and well-priced. TuyaConvert working is a huge bonus too.

Easy to install (if your a handy man). Hooked up to wifi without a hitch. Installed 5 wall plugs, 2 light switches.

Died within a second the first time i tried to use it with a new portable AC unit that has a MAX draw of 11.6amp at start. Thankfully was refunded, but disappointed I wasted time with the setup and install to have it not work for its intended use. Worked fine for a couple days with a simple fan connected to it for testing and a charger.

Seemless with Home Assistant. Made the outlet control 2 lamps from a remote smart switch. No wires connecting the outlet and smart switch. Has power monitoring too which is a plus.
