Very high base. But really big in size *by R***D on 24 November 2022* I wrote a very postive review on this product. But u am helpless now to write about the refund policy. The product is good but just because it was very big in size, I had to return it. But, despite return approval, the guy who was supposed to come and pick up, he absolute denied to pick it up. He never came to pick up. His number was also given to me. I called him and so arrogantly that fellow tells me that , "number will be given, but i will not come to pick up. Some other guy may come. You contact customer care " When contacted customer care, it's completely robotic. Nobody contacts us back when put something to customer care. They insist us to chat, and it does not work well with the refund products. I don't know whom to contact now. I am helpless. I had to put up my thoughts here. If somebody is reading this from the amazon team, initiate the refund immediately.
