The method to install them is really easy but i took my time to install it neatly and securely. They go fairly well into the crevices of the dashboard. I also used some clear command hooks to secure some parts as well. Although it would look even cooler with them installed on the doors, I didn't want to install it with the wires exposed when the doors are open. There might be a technique to install it more cleanly but I think the lights are bright enough that it reflects off of the doors already. Even though these are only trim lights, they are bright enough to also serve as wheelwell lights. While installing them in my garage with the lights on, the lights didn't seem that bright. I reached out to the seller and he said they are designed to always turn on by default. The seller did work with me and went above and beyond by suggesting using a cigarette adapter with separate power buttons that would allow me to turn off/on the socket. This certainly would work and allow me to keep the lights off whenever i start my car. The seller was very prompt in his responses and helped me out with the solution. I got it installed and the yellow color only seems to be half bright. I tried all of the other colors and they can be seen just fine but even having the car in the garage with only the garage door open i could hardly see the yellow color at all.
