Looks can be deceiving. At first glance our Pit Boss may look like many other half-helmets in the cruiser category. Scratch the surface, though, and you’ll discover quality that sets it above the competition: A lightweight TriMatrix (carbon/Kevlar/fiberglass composite) shell, an innovative Speed Dial fit system that prevents the “lift and slippage” plaguing most other half-helmets, a drop-down internal shield that provides on the fly protection from the sun, and a removable neck curtain offering cold weather protection and speaker pockets for a convenient way to add audio enhancement. Snug the Pit Boss onto your head and thumb the starter button — one ride will confirm the Pit Boss as the King of the Road. DOT approved. Meets the FMVSS 218 Standard

Review: Good fit, and good looks - We bought 2 one for my wife and one for me. Fit is good. Really like the adjustability of rear strap. Only thing to watch is if you have a crooked nose you may have an issues with the pull down visor.
Review: Fabulous helmet - Once the seller sent the correct helmet I ordered I tried it out. It is really comfortable except the rear adjuster digs into the back of your neck at first, solved by a thin piece of foam glued over it., or removing completely. So comfortable to wear when riding even with no windshield. Does not lift at all and as expected is noisy but it is cut away around the ears. So glad I got this quality helmet over Scorpion, HJC or LS2. My new favourite helmet for summer. Ride in 40c+ and keeps my head cool. As others have mentioned the visor seems lopsided and rubs the left side of my nose, but nothing a few seconds with a dremel and sanding drum cannot fix. No need for goggles when wearing my prescription glasses, though they do end up splattered with bugs, Visor fits over the glasses easily. Size is as per the manufacturers recommendations, so buy the correct one, not a size up or down.

We bought 2 one for my wife and one for me. Fit is good. Really like the adjustability of rear strap. Only thing to watch is if you have a crooked nose you may have an issues with the pull down visor.

First thing you need to do is COMPLETELY DISREGARD THE SIZE CHART!!!! The helmet runs small. I usually wear a medium helmet and this large fits snug with the adjuster all the way out. My wife would have fit a small size by the size chart. However, I ordered this Size Large for her and she uses the adjuster in the forward holes and it fits her perfectly!!!!! We have been using Bell Pit Boss helmets for 3 years now and we were fit in a Motorcycle Dealership store, so I already knew my wife and I both wore a size Large Bell Pit Boss Helmet. If I had followed the size chart, I would have ordered a Size Small for my wife and I’d be returning the helmet for a size Medium and then return the Medium for a size Large!!!! That’s one heck of a poor way to FINALLY get to the right size!!!!! I’m not going to punish the seller for the Size Chart. When you get the right size, YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THIS HELMET!!!! It’s perfect for Comm gear and you’ll love the adjuster for a true, custom fit!!!! I ordered the Matte Black helmet because they didn’t have the Carbon Fiber helmet. However, we are going to find a Graphics Design place and have some nice design added to the Helmet to match her 2019 Harley-Davidson Deluxe in Burnt Orange with Black trim. It’s a gorgeous bike for a gorgeous woman!!!! Now she has a new helmet to go with her new (to her) bike!!!! Happy Mother’s Day Babe!!!!!
